Appealing place! They ripped us off, offering a "quadrupole" room, where two of us slept on a futon on the floor, where it was windy, dirty and smelly. Poor hygiene, supper narrow and insufficient space for four people, misleading product description, unjustified high price!

Preferable for 1 or 2 travellers per room rather than a group. Amenities were decent and location is good, but our experience was subpar. Booked a room for 4 - 1 double bed and 1 double tatami mat. They provided us with a room that was too narrow to even unfold the tatami mat, so 4 of us could not sleep in the same room. Understanding that we basically paid for what we chose, but the main dissatisfaction came from the fact that the first few photos of the room in the booking selection was bigger than the actual room we got. Called customer service and they were unable to provide us with a separate room or refund. The CS was apologetic, but was unable to do anything about the situation - so it felt really bad knowing they were just on call to say sorry to people.

The location of the hotel was ideal. The room is clean, not big, but suited for a couple and bigger than the other alternatives for the price range. The self check-in process was a bit of an unnecessary hassle and the walls are thin (they do ask customers to be quiet in their rooms, but some of course aren’t).

The property has black mold and my wife had an asthma attack as soon as we entered the room. The room itself was disgusting, trashed, and had not been properly cleaned before we arrived. For example, as soon as we turned on the AC the moldy smell filled the room, there were appliances falling off the wall, hair on the bed when we got there, and the kitchen counter had filth from the previous occupants. We exited the property and found alternative accommodations immediately, and when we tried to ask for a refund the business owner refused. This is clearly a fraudulent business front, and I would caution everyone away from it. Pictures attached.
