It is a basic budget style property. You will get what you've paid for. The room was large but basic. Bathroom is on the simpler side. Breakfast was actually decent with plenty food. Safe secure parking. The wifi was very intermittent.

Friendly, excellent breakfast included, quiet room at back looking out over Arboretum. Would definitely stay again.

The price reflects the conditions

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Excellent restaurant, menu & continental breakfast. Hot showers, comfortable beds, quiet at night. Small market on site & next door at Kobil station. Disappointed with spotty Wi-fi service. TV didn't work. Gym & sauna were not as expected. Overall good stay, big thanks to the staff! Hotel has potential.

Overall this hotel was fine. The manager asked me to pay for the room at check in even though I had booked everything through Expedia. If there is an issue between the hotel and Expedia, the customers shouldn’t have to be the go between at cost.
