Nice staff, clean and modern hotel

Main issue - breakfast, encountered chipped mugs and some plates were dirty. Not nice! Otherwise, the experience overall was good.

Hotel met all of our expectations. Room were bright and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Would highly recommend.

The room was great and the hotel very nice. Only 2 issues: None of the fridges in the hotel worked. And the air conditioning dial was very complicated to figure out. Besides that, all good.

Chambre confortable et spacieuse très bien insonorisé. Le seul point négatif est le manque de bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo pour un 4 étoiles c’est un minimum.

Hotel looks new. Very clean. Staff is polite, friendly, attentive and prompt on requests. Lots of places to eat within walking steps. Excellent area across from metro station.

Everything you read online about this hotel that sounds too good to be true really is true. The staff are unusually helpful, and the beds are unusually comfortable. My only criticism is one that I could make of many European hotels these days, which is that there are no drawers in the rooms to make it easy to stay organized if you’re staying for a long time.

The hotel overall was fine, but we did have a few snags- twice the room was cleaned before 4pm when we left the hotel before 10am. We had a slow shower drain, and the biggest irritation was the refrigerator box that wasn't a real refrigerator! So, we wasted some snacks because the sign/information about this place to store your snacks was unclear. Did I mention that a rubber sealed box only gets hotter and hotter??? Anyway, as a Hilton honor member, I wasn't impressed with a few different things.
