We traveled to Punta Cana as a family of 4 and stayed at this resort for 6 days. Our experience was not the best and I am writing just to let others know and be prepared just in case. Some of the things we didn’t like are: the cleanliness of the pools, the food ( buffet/restaurants) low quality, the beer( el presidente) it was not a beer; we had to pay extra and order wine instead. The room service didn’t even respond; I had to call them twice just for a bag of coffee and they didn’t even bother on providing it for us. The last day our watch was lost and they didn’t do anything about it but blaming us for not using the locker in the room. Will not be coming back unfortunately but hope you be careful out there with any valuable item you bring with you.

Los restaurante cerca a la playa ,las piscinas todo bien. El problema fue el internet y llamas a preguntar y tienen una arrogancia para ayudarte y el buffet todas las mañana lo mismo.

I won't be returning. This property came up as a suggestion to have a place where the kids would be entertained. Kids were with us the entire time. They didn't take the kids swimming, didn't do any structured activities, and didn't design anything according to age. I requested to be upgraded to platinum but was told they didn't have the space to accommodate my family of 4. Was met with high-pressure timeshare. There are a lot of hustlers throughout the property. Room service sucked, my phone only worked for them calling me asking about ways to swindle me out of more money, not accommodating my needs. It took forever for me even to get extra rags.

I like the beach, beautiful park in the middle of the resort. Kids club really good for families with kids.

I would have liked to have more of the authentic Dominican cuisine.

Great stay! Really enjoyed the property and everything it had to offer especially traveling with 2 young kids!

I love the place but some things need to be better like the internet and couple more things.

We enjoyed the food a lot, especially at the seafood restaurant , steak house and buffet on the beach. I would skip the hibachi restaurant( the food was over salted) and barely any seasoning, just salt.The food trucks had good wings. We did not enjoy the alcohol as it was 95% local liquor. It was 4 of us including 2 adults and 2 children so the room layout was perfect with the bunk beds. Huge shower and the toilet had a door so it was private. Loved the water park and drinks at the bar by the water park. Pool water at the main pool needed to be cleaned, it was an off color. The fridge in the room barely cools anything. I suggest to get bottles water from the bars rather than carrying it from the room. The trolli comes around often. The coffee cafe is a must everyday, everything is good and the coffee was perfect! The Icecream truck was a lovely touch. The beach was so impressive, the waves were calm, the color was breathtaking and the sand as aft as flour.loved every minute. My daughter had her hair braided by a local on the beach for $50 with extensions and it was super lovely.

Perfect for family vacation. Kids loved all the activities. Beautiful beach, amazing staff. Buffet and a la carte had a variety every day and was delicious!

Everything was perfect! No complaints. A lot of restaurants where to eat. Multiple buffets restaurants as well. You have little shopping stores where you can buy anything you might need from over the counter medicine to gifts for your family! I definitely recommend this place!

I chose this resort because I believed it would be family-friendly—and in that regard, it did deliver. It was great for kids and families, offering plenty of activities. However, it fell short in several areas. One major downside was the location of the Family Club, which is all the way in the back of the resort. While there is a shuttle to the beach, you don’t have quick or easy access to the water. Not being beachside was a big disappointment. The food was also a letdown. We tried the seafood restaurant on-site but ended up going to the buffet afterward due to the limited options. Overall, the dining experience was underwhelming, with only two decent meals during our entire stay. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to return to this resort.

Really luxurious. Loved beach access, pools, food. Would decline the welcome gift/sales pitch in the future.

I cant say enough good things about this place. It was our first time to Punta Cana and I was definitely nervous about getting sick from the food after reading some of these reviews. I have a sensitive stomach but was completely fine my entire stay here. The buffets were underwhelming to be honest but some of the restaurants were top notch. Also, Elena and Alexis (Mordisco) were amazing!!! The property is beautiful, as was the beach. My family loved the convenience of the pools in the room and the water park. Only negative was the man trying to sell the vacation club - Alex - he was pushy, misleading, and rude. Made me feel uncomfortable after i was unwilling to leave my children flr an hour to listen to a sales pitch. Overall, would go back but will stay away from Alex.
