The hotel is old and lacks maintenance. It us situated in dirty surroundings. Lights are not switched on in corridors. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Breakfast is monotonous.

The hotel is located nearby the airport. My flight was delayed and arrived very late but they were waiting for pick me. Breakfast is good

Customer service was excellent. Cleanliness of hotel is appropriate. They have breakfast every morning. It was a comfortable stay.

It was great for a small older hotel. Service was good. Very polite and knowledgeable in hotel and restaurant management. Although l speak french, l refused to as a test. I was impressed by their bilingualism.

Near to the airport

I love their pick up services. The guy was there on time and waited for me to finish with all the procedures at the airport. Very friendly staff which made my stay so pleasing. Thanks for your services

I stayed at Saffana hotel for 3 weeks with my sons and we had a terrific experience at this facility. The staff was very polite and quick to address any concerns. The bedrooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was delicious and we felt safe the whole time. This is the third time I am staying in this hotel and I will recommend it to anyone traveling to Douala . I will definitely stay in this hotel again and again

Wonderful for the price, i will stay there again. Staff is cautious placement is good. Restaurant drinks are over priced for the location. Overall hotel is clean.

First, they couldn't find my reservation and asked me to pay in cash, way more than what I paid on Hotels.com Then, I got robbed at the tip of a knife. The receptionist, Mary (Marie) was horrible every time I had to interact with her. And I almost forgot, tiny young roaches

J'ai aimé le service la tranquillité la sécurité ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles mais pour la qualité et le prix c'est très bon.

Très bon accueil.Mais j etais vraiment déçue des chambres .douche pas pas pratique.des petites bêtes qui ont fait la fête sur le lit tte la nuit .la chambre était pas aéré, tres humide aussi .Du coup j avais déclenché mon allergie tte la nuit .pas beaucp de choix concernant le petit déjeuné proposé. Seul l accueil m a plu dans cet établissement.

Le personnel est accueillant et serviable, seulement je n’ai pas apprécié de rester sans connexion internet toute mon après midi jusqu’à mon départ. Dons je n’ai pas pu communiquer avec ma hiérarchie, ni avec ma famille.
