City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen.

Everything was as advertised - clean, spacious, nicely appointed apartment at the center of Tbilisi. Ceilings are 4 meters or so. Staff communicates efficiently via whatsapp. For example, you can order cleaning service for a specific time (or decline it altogether). The cleaning lady was kind enough to do my laundry for free. Overall - go for it.

An amazing apartment in a great location with easy access to Tbilisi main tourist attractions and convenient to everywhere. The apartment was exceptionally clean ,cosy and well furnished. We had an enjoyable stay and could not ask for more . We arrived at the wee hours of the morning and the Tiflis Team arranged transfer from the airport . Highly recommended to arrange transfers with the hotel. Thank you to Veranika , Nick and the Tiflis Opera team for the warm hospitality which is well above and beyond our expectations .

The units are spacious, very clean, high standard and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. This is an aparthotel in a historical building in front of opera house. There is no sign about the hotel on the street level, and you need to go up the stairs (no lift) to the first level to get to the apart hotel. There is 4-5 units at this apart hotel. The street level entrance are not very clear and clean, and there was a homeless person sleeping at the entrance during the first few days that I stayed. Overall it was a great stay but the access areas could be improved.

This place is amazing! The location is very close to Liberty Square and all the shops and museums. The staff is very professional and communicative at every step, from check-in to check-out. I had to leave earlier than my parents, and they went above and beyond to help them get a taxi, assist with check-out, and ensure they reached the airport on time despite language barriers. Any questions we had were promptly addressed. The building is newly renovated, and the furniture is new. The vintage decoration and high ceilings are beautiful! I would totally recommend this place and would go back again!

This aparthotel is absolute gem of Tbilisi. Our stay was simply perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, not only they are very professional but also kind and considerate. We stayed at 2 different apartments and both were spotlessly clean, spacious and cozy. There is plenty kitchen appliances if you choose to eat in and cook yourself. The hotel offers breakfasts too. You will enjoy staying at this aparthotel.

This hotel is like your own apartment in the center of Tbilisi! It gives you such a Tbilisi vibes! Interior design and property itself is so well charming! Staff if super friendly and helpful! Special thanks to our amazing driver Besiki, who went above and beyond to help us with our next transportation needs when leaving Tbilisi. Overall very beautiful place and super kind and friendly staff! Recommend for families with little kids, we were traveling with 11y/o and 8 month old children! Definitely will be visiting again! Tiflis opera aparthotel is full kitchen, minibar water, beer , orange juice and 1 bottle Georgian chacha and red wine.But no free car parting, no elevator. Free airport pick up or sent to airport, driver very nice, help you to carry luggage.

The apartment are centrally located and are huge with all the latest and best fittings and appliances. The hosts were extremely cordial and helpful. The room cleaning service was daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Had a extremely satisfying and comfortable stay.
