there was some issue with the room I was gonna get so when I got there around 9pm to check in the receptionist told me there was no room for me. then he offered me to spend the night in the staff room without a bathroom . I Said yes because I had nowhere else to go nor spend the night at that time. The receptionist offered to gave me the money back and to let me stay in the staff room for the night which I did appreciate. I got 60 euros back and barely slept for 2 hours until around 6 am he came into the room and sent me to another room that got empty because someone just checked out mind you he told me I can shower there which I didn't because it wasnt cleaned. I have never experience something like this I felt very uncomfortable. I really dont wish anyone goes through this like I did at this hotel. it was not acceptable at all. The receptionist was nice but he kept on saying not to complain to Expedia because they could get in trouble, I told him I contacted Expedia and that's when he gave me the 60 euros back .

Great property

Wiliam en la recepcion fue muy atento y gentil. Su trato inmejorable. La habitacion estaba muy limpia. La escalera algo sucia y descuidada.

Loved the property. Close to airport. Room didn’t have a window which I didn’t mind cause it allowed me to sleep in. Shower pressure and temp was excellent.

Pleasant stay in nice neighbourhood. Shopping centre and eateries 10 minutes walk away. 15 mins walk to metro station Canillejas. Close to airport and about 10€ by BOLT.

It was a nice property but needs maintenance , the bed covers are full of nylon so you sweat a lot , they need to check the pipes because sometimes there is sewage smell

(-) I would describe this as a trap, while I booked for two nights, I found my room underground which gave me a feeling like I am jailed. No windows, no fresh air. The room was smelly (underground musty smell). Important aspect of the room should have been mentioned clearly to guests prior to the booking process. The lady at the desk tried to solve this but I was charged €30 more for giving me an alternative room. (-) While the hotel mentioned that the hotel staff at the desk speaks English, apart from a lady, I found no English speaking staff. (-) the safe in my room didn’t work. (-) the refrigerator was faulty, I reported to a staff member, she responded that they already know that, and they still haven’t worked on fixing it. When I left the ‘hotel’, I had a feeling like I was set free. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. AVOID

Nos encanto el lugar

A little bit off the path of Madrid, but worth it. If you don’t mind a bit of walking, a metro station is about 15 minutes away - through a very nice, calm and safe neighbourhood. Property is quite nice. Courtyard is a nice place to sit at night. Pool gets a lot of sunshine in the day. Staff are excellent and friendly. I felt very safe and the place was clean. One minor detail is that my specific room was in the basement and it didn’t have a single window in it. I wish that had been communicated while booking the room. Maybe you can specify if you don’t want to be in the basement. However, even with that detail, my stay was comfortable. Would stay again.

This was a nice place to stay close to the Madrid airport. Friendly staff, quiet place, nice furnishings with plenty of space for us.

Excellent place to stay, convenient location for going to airport, quiet neighborhood eventhough is a school in front of it. Places to eat and drik close to it. 8 minutes walking from and to airport bus stop

This place was kinda hidden. The towels were super hard/stiff and smelled weird.

The neighborhood was really nice. The room was okay, wish it was a little cleaner. Overall a nice stay for a short time.

The sewage overflowed into bathroom and bedroom, leaving a terrible smell on everything, very disgusting experience...

I’m fairly certain they double-charged me for the room upon arrival (which I didn’t realize until after). I had already made a payment for the room on Expedia and they charged me an additional $72 on arrival, at first I thought maybe it was a deposit that I would get back, but the cost was almost exactly what I originally paid for the room and I didn’t get it back. Breakfast was a little underwhelming for the price we paid for it as well. However, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location was at a midway point between the airport, IFEMA and Madrid Proper, so it was convenient.

Enjoyed my stay there, although I didnt spend much rimwt there...
