The staff- especially Paula at front desk, was very helpful and courteous. The facility is well kept with a beautiful rain forest feel. Vege options at onsite restaurant were great and the host was able to modify to your liking. Overall a very quiet and enjoyable stay.

Very cool, warm and cozy cabin in a cool jungle like atmosphere. The town itself is run down. Don’t skip the ATM cave tour!

Very comfortable stay. Room was clean and quiet. A little confusion at the start as we had booked two beds but this was soon attended too. Close to all the main attractions and the town. Very nice restaurant with friendly staff. Would recommend

Paula was friendly and very accommodating. She made suggestions on what to see. The food at the restaurant was very good. Our room was a bit rustic although clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed here two nights.

Great location (right next door to the Cahal Pech archeological site). Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and enjoyed a nice Belizean rum at the bar at night. Staff was great too. I plan on returning.

Paula and the staff at Falling Leaves were friendly and welcoming. If I’m back in San Ignacio, I will definitely be staying at Falling Leaves again. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was refreshing, and the food and cocktails at the restaurant were very good.

Very rustic hotel immersed in nature and right next to the Cahal Pech ruins. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating!

Staff was great, my biggest disappointment was the hot tub not being hot. My favorite thing about the hot tub is that is hot.

The property is located next to Cahal Pech ( a plus for sure) the place is clean and safe. But truly is the ENTIRE STAFF who is the difference maker, they really care about their guests. helping in many ways. the attention/service here will definitely wanna make you come back. I have nothing negative to say about my stay!
