Hotel in good location, decor is questionable and restaurant over priced. Good views from rooftop restaurant and bar

Location is excellent. Right by a metro station (perfect for getting to and from the airport) and walking distance to many sites such as the Monastiraki, the Acropolis, Syntagma Square and many, many more. Amenities are very good and include a gym, rooftop (Acropolis-view) diningnand free WiFi. The only negative mark I'd give the Brown Acropol are towards its staff. They come across snooty and only do the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. Their bellboy was rude. I stayed there a week for business and didn't see a single one of them smile during my entire stay. However, their cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Probably would not stay at the Brown Acropol again as there were several other options in the area.

Lots of people walking outside but there were two guards at the hotel entrance. Elevator is a bit challenging. About 15 minute walk from Monastiraki

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The rooms are nice , the decorations are very unique and original, the staff is very welcoming and the housekeeping staff is superb ‼️ Anna the Houskeeper is such a wonderful and accommodating person. The hotel smelled like mildew. The sink was clogged and the lights went out in our bathroom for 30 minutes.

The hotel is in a great location. The road noise makes it difficult to sleep for a light sleeper. Also there are only 2 lifts which can mean you wait a while at busy times. The hotel staff were friendly but did not offer any Expedia VIP benefits

We had an amazing time@ the brown acropol. Staff was amazing! They made you feel no stress at all and made sure you were taken care of. The room was great and the whole place had an awesome vibe. Would definitely recommend and would come back again.

After booking my slot to use the spa everything was switched off and there were no stuff to assist me how to help me how to use the facilities. I was massively disappointed by that other than that everything else was very good.

Loved the hotel, especially the view from the roof top bar.

Quirky hotel in a great location. Close to a station for easy access from the airport and getting around in the heat. Walking distance to the Plaka and Monastiraki for great food options and shopping. Roof top bar has wonderful views.

Nice hotel , central for Athens and also a short train to Pireus to get ferry to islands. Room had a cool vibe and well equipped if a little dark .

Great place to stay right in the city centre . Will return soon
