Struggled with my booking. They didn’t find it on their system. Place didn’t have hot water. Furniture and facilities are ancient. Bed bugs everywhere. Every cash transaction there’s no change

The management and staff of the FairMile made our experience exceptional. The facility is big and lovely, but we had so many changes in our itinerary and they had not received our advanced payment from Orbitz when we arrived. But the Hotel Manager and the front desk supervisor were so helpful and accommodating, which was very appreciated with all we were dealing with. Every staff person was warm and provided outstanding personal service. Also … it is SO hard to find 2 beds in a room; if you do they are small twins. FairMile had 2 Kingsize beds for my son and I which was the best.
