Perfect pre cruise stay, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff

Al entrar al hotel nos encantó su concepto, la habitación estaba limpia buena cama y almohadas, lo único malo q no tienen cajas fuerte en las habitaciones. El Personal es sumamente amable. Sus desayunos son buenos.

Lovely staff for sure, wonderful stay

We loved the unique, fun design, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the proximity to everything.

Check-in is at the the Bar to the left when you transverse the revolving entry door. No room refrigerator. Bathroom has a Cruise Ship Theme, extremely small. Water leaking a little from Shower (stationary glass (leaking) of sliding shower door) onto bathroom floor. Elevator making a large squeaking sound. Complimentary check-in Ice Tea is a small glass of premade house blend Ice Tea either with or without alcohol, very good. Note: Drink coupon is not for any other drink. Centrally located. Very close {across the street) to the WestQuay Mall and other outside mall shopping. Poundland, Tesco, Lidl are all on one street outside the mall. Asada grocery is nearby. Bus lines nearby. Very walkable venues from hotel. Quiet room. AC works well and also quiet. Overall, hotel is very nice and convenient.

Basic hotel in a great location for parking & visiting Southampton. The staff were really friendly & helpful.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet and the location was really good. It’s close to the cruise terminal and plenty of food options and shopping nearby.

Well located for the night before our cruise. Breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable

Selected this spot as we were sailing out on a cruise the next day. Great location, staff set up a taxi for our group, knew what port/platform we needed to be at (just by saying our cruise line.) They were friendly and informative. Hotel is perfectly located beside a shopping mall which allowed us to do a little shopping before leaving and gather some last minute items. Would recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.

Location very convenient to get a cruise. Close to the cruise port, close to the mall and restaurants.

Very comfortable one night stay precruise. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast next morning had a nice selection of hot and cold food. Staff were very friendly also. Only a 10 minute walk to gate 8, easy with a carry on and personal bag. I would stay there again if ever in Southampton.

Great place to stay for a cruise 10 minutes away by Uber/taxi.
