We had a great time

Foods are not exceptional other than the stackhouse restaurent. I expected to delicious foods for being a 5 star resort. Drinks are also okay, nothing crazy. Stuffs are good and friendly. Coral level experience with the pool access and ocean front room is amazing. Lots of activities for kids too. Beach is also super clean.

Iberostar Selection Coral Bávaro was a perfect match for our needs: not too crowded beach, easy to reserve a cabana, El Faro restaurant with better food than specialty restaurants.

Problems with the suite - found hair in the bathroom sink, broken shower handle and not working phone which required three visits to the reception before it was fixed.

We had an amazing time. The property is beautiful and we were treated special everyday!

The outside bathrooms near the pools can use some updating and better maintain

My son and I spent 6 nights and had an amazing time. Lots of things to do. Food options at the Coral Level were great. Staff was super friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience. The coral level feels like a boutique hotel within a much larger hotel. Definitely appreciated the coral only dining options and pools / beach spaces - allowed for an air conditioned breakfast / lunch buffet which was nice when it was so hot out. There was also more space between the pool / beach chairs compared to the other areas of the hotel, and plenty of chairs available (in mid-May). It was worth the additional charge for coral level (for us at least). The food was consistently good (perhaps just a little too salty), and some meals were particularly exceptional. The hospitality was great, everyone had a smile on their face and was so friendly. We would happily come back to the coral level Iberostar properties in the future!

The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff is amazing. They are very friendly and always greet you with a smile, which instantly makes you feel happy too. The staff consistently checked in about our experience with the food, room, amenities, etc. Any issues we reported to any member of the staff were promptly resolved. Overall, it was a great experience! Definitely worth it.

Great family spot with fantastic service. Our concierge Samuel added a really nice personal touch making sure we had a great time. The food options are fantastic, especially the buffet. The beach is wonderful But it is the friendly staff who really make experience stand out.

The hotel was beautiful and the majority of the staff were VERY accommodating and pleasant. There are always a few bad apples, but you learn quickly who to avoid. The problem with Coral Level is this: They tout it as "exclusive" and you have your own "exclusive" restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Problem is the food is always cold. And I mean like it's been in the fridge and the heat lamps and the hot plates don't work. The entertainment for the children is sorely lacking. Maybe we've been spoiled by RIU but the "kiddie show" around dinner time was hit or miss. Some days nothing at all. In 7 days, saw the same thing 3 times which would have been OK had it been entertaining. Half an hour of Simon Says one day then a lesson on how to save the reefs. Even the 4 year old was bored. The refrigerator in the room is only a wine cooler. Can't really keep anything cold. There is nothing around telling you about the nightly entertainment or daily activities. When you ask, you're told to use the app. The app isn't all that and really when you're dealing with us older folks, a sign would be helpful. The waitstaff on the beach were beyond awesome. And I do mean beyond awesome. Check in was a hassle but check out was the most efficient of any place we've ever been. Asked for a taxi to the airport the night before, and it was there waiting for us half an hour ahead of schedule. I have a lot more to tell you but Expedia only allows 1500 characters...
