Staff should be more client focused and provide clear and distinct assistance in English as parking is a nightmare and instructions about the elevators to the room and parking more clearer. Rooms have been renovated and are excellent

The parking was a bit of a struggle as the lot was always full. While the housekeeping and cleaning staff were wonderful and very kind, the receptionists felt a bit cold and unwelcoming. Also, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing.

The staff and room were great. The parking isn't awesome - its a little complicated but once you are there for a couple days its all pretty simple. I was pretty disappointed with the pool being closed. I think hotels should update their postings or adjust pricing when their main amenity is not functioning. I stayed for the pool and it was unfortunately closed for maintenance. Outside of that - it was a great stay. Close to restaurants and Brossard is a great city!

Absolutely fantastic facility

This hotel only want your money. You pay high price and get a nice looking room but when you decide to left early due to unforeseen circumstances, they refused to refund me because of their "policy." Plus, it's really noisy at night. Definitely not the best hotel I've stayed in in Brossard.

Loud music until 11 AM. Very noisy all night. Refused to refund for two days because of "their policy." I lost $600 because of this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, and a very clean, modern-looking hotel. A Starbucks and a corner store are conveniently located in the same building. Free underground parking is also a great bonus.

Séjour parfait. La courtoisie du personnel et la propreté des lieux est exceptionnelle. La piscine était un peu froide, mais ca n'a pas eu d'impact négatif sur notre séjour. Belle offre de restauration et de divertissement à proximité. J'y retournerais sans faute
