The hotel staff were friendly and lovely, but the room was quite small. The bathroom door was faulty; I kept hitting my knees while using the toilet. The bathroom trash can was also defective; it was inconvenient to dispose of tissues, they kept bouncing back up. Many breakfast items were gone and were slow to be refilled (I ate at 8:30 am). For example, the bacon was very slow to be refilled. The food wasn't very impressive and lacked variety; it felt more like a 3.5-star hotel than a breakfast place.

I stay here often. The atmosphere is good. The food is delicious. It's not far away. It's convenient to travel. However, I don't often get a room request because the rooms may fill up quickly. The staff provides good service.

พักที่นี่ 3 คืน นี่คือคืนที่ 2 ที่พักอยู่ คืนแรก ระบบคีย์การ์ดที่เสียบให้ไฟฟ้าในห้องทำงานมีปัญหา ทำให้ไฟตัด ไฟดับๆ ติดๆ หลายครั้ง ขอเปลี่ยนคีย์การ์ดใหม่หลายรอบก็เหมือนเดิม จนอยู่ไม่ได้ต้องขอเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ พนักงานเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ให้ ย้ายมาอีกห้องคืนแรกผ่านไป ตอนเช้านอนอยู่ไฟเปิดเอง คืนที่ 2 คิดว่าจะไม่มีอะไรสรุปเป็นแบบเดิมอีก นอนอยู่ไฟติดเอง พอสักพัก ไฟตัด แอร์ตัด เดินไปเสียบคีย์การ์ดใหม่หลายรอบมาก ไฟตัดหลายครั้งจนหงุดหงิด ต้องตามพนักงานมาดูให้กลางดึก คืนที่ 3 ไม่รู้จะเป็นแบบเดิมอีกไหม ส่วนพนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีค่ะ แต่ระบบยังไม่พร้อมให้บริการ อยากให้แก้ไข ควรซ่อมบำรุงให้ดีก่อนเปิดเข้าพักอีก

Good staffs and services, cleanliness

The hotel facilities & rooms are nice. I just got annoyed by the hotel staff couldn't help me (or maybe they're too lazy?). First time I came and opened the lobby door, they were around 3-5 FDA already saw me brought luggages & bags, but no one came to help me. Then when I asked for laundry, they told me to bring my own laundry to lobby/receptionist. While my laundry is already done, they just called & asked me came to lobby to take my laundry back to room. So confused the 5 stars hotel even don't have housekeeping to bring/send laundry to guest ' s room? So I decided just stay for 2 nights & move to another better hotel.

Not sure if it's really 5 stars, but overall it's very satisfying. clean, convenient to travel

The hotel is ready in every aspect. The only complaint, the bathrobe set in the room, has a tear mark, quite large. In order to check the room before letting the guests stay, it must be more tidy.

New hotel, big and beautiful swimming pool. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is soft, the breakfast is very good, there is a welcome drink, a cute price of hundreds, a 5-star service, the staff solve the immediate problems well.
