The location is great because it’s inside a mall. The bedroom and bathroom are also very nice. However, the breakfast is not recommended for me. It’s not worth RM30… there isn’t much variety, very limited choices, and the food lacks flavor. Please have breakfast outside 🙏🏻 I also lost my makeup bag in the hotel, but the staff and management were not very helpful. They asked me to come in person to speak with the duty manager before they could even check the CCTV. I live far away, so it’s inconvenient🥲 especially if I make the trip and still can’t get my bag back. Overall, NAY for me!

Everything was so superb but i am only have problem with housekeeping. Coffee - have to request everyday Shampoo & Gel - replaced after request For me, all the things should be already on the list during make up room and the housekeeper should check all that thing. After anything, i think i am still come and stay 7 Suria because the room, ambiance are very nice…

The place was strategic. Parking a lot. Only issue with the wifi, when connect to phone, somehow it will disconnect and line not too strong
