This is my second time here, but the frontliner wearing glasses was a bit unfriendly, but everything else was good (cleanliness, etc., because the other frontliner hadn't had a chance to communicate). The first time I went there, everything was fine, but the second time felt like a dud. The facilities are all good, clean, and well-maintained. The dining area is also neat and clean, and the food is pretty good.

Fun, kid-friendly. Family rooms are great for families, as they're quite spacious. Dinner is also available if you choose the dinner package. Kids' activities are available on Sunday mornings. It's close to Batu's tourist attractions. There's also a badminton and tennis court.
