Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, lighting in the hallway is also very good, the elevator works well, big TV, clean towels, the downside is there is no refrigerator and breakfast, but don't worry, there are many food vendors near the hotel, highly recommended, it will be on your wishlist if you go to Mataram

Really nice. Staff were friendly. Rooms are clean. There is a minor problem, which is the lights in the bathroom are not working properly. Maybe they can be changed or repaired.

I stayed at the Deluxe Room and surprisingly it is spacious enough for an affordable price of Deluxe Room. Equipped with lot of lights to ensure the brightness made your stay comfortable without an overexpose lamp. The bathroom also clean and the hot water works well. Just a little issue with the Wifi connection, cause its sometimes on and off, but overall i had a good one.

Please, if there are guests who stay long, change the sheets and blankets every day. Unfortunately, after staying for 3 days, the blankets were not changed even though I had asked them to change them.
