Other than the room is small. It’s quite a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the spa area. And there’s a Macdonald right next to the hotel, in case you are craving for a burger.

Hotel Masuda was a very nice hotel. Staff were friendly, our room was spotless and comfortable. The dinning options were really good. The dinner we had on the first night was delicious. The location was easy to find and only a short walk to the station. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

A very basic hotel with very average breakfast

Great accommodations. There were restaurants nearby and a McDonalds right next door. Plenty of parking and conveniently located.

The property is new and clean. Very few signs of wear, except the towels. The beds and pillows are very firm, but not uncomfortable.

The hotel is a short walk from the station. I think I saw a shuttle service but I didn’t use it. Everything seemed pretty new, all was clean and worked fine. I had the breakfast buffet - lots of choices (but not many western-style breakfast foods). Room and bed was comfortable and I could actually control the A/C temperature! There are a McDonalds and Sukiyaki nearby for fast food, plus other restaurants and pubs in the area.

きれいで清潔です　駐車場も広くて良い 判りやすい立地です

出張時、よく利用してます。 近くに、焼肉屋、ラーメン屋２軒 弁当屋さん　２軒 真横にマック コンビニも1軒、少し離れてもう1軒あります。 客室はもちろん清潔ですし 大浴場があるのでありがたいです。

レストランで夕食がとれたのが良かったです。静かな環境でした。

とても清潔。朝食美味しかったです。

隣からのおともれ

いつもロビーのコーヒーが美味しいのに壊れて使用出来ず残念。 朝食のオレンジジュースがいつも美味しいのに今回は薄すぎて残念。

ベッドは非常に快適でした。

良かったです。 部屋は勿論のこと、朝食バイキングも一つ一つが美味かった！ ただ、部屋着の箱に他人の髪の毛が入っていたのが、残念です。

スタッフの方が、親切で丁寧に対応していただき、とても安心できました。 施設も清掃が行き届いていて、気持ち良く利用させていただきました。　朝食付のプランで、充実してメニューを美味しくいただきました。　また利用させていただきたいと思います。　ありがとうございました。

清潔感があって良かったです。一つだけ、車移動ならとても良いと思いますが、電車利用だったので駅から少々距離がありそこだけが気になりました。

ホテルも新しく快適でした。朝食も良かったです

駅から微妙に遠い、館内レストランが居酒屋系で割高。

駅から歩くと10〜15分はなれている。JR駅の出入口が片側にしかなく、(自分の地元では見たことがなかった)それが反対側にある。
