We have been the 3rd time in Lipa Talay and it was so harmonic and wonderful again. The whole area, the villas, the pool was very well maintained and clean. Also the area has a private beach. But the best of all is the manager Louise. She is such a nice, warm, friendly and allways smiling person. If there is a problem or you need an advice, Louise is allways there for you. You can call her middle in the night, Louise will come within minutes. If you look for paradise you will found in Lipa Talay and Louise. We will come the following years again. Had a lovely time, contact with host was excellent as she was very friendly and helpful. The villa itself was stunning and the view of the sunset from the private beach is amazing. Definitely will come back at some point!

There is a woman named Jenni in the neighborhood who has removed her door because she was unwilling to close it. I asked politely as she has 4 feral dogs, two of which bite and chase after people. Would not recommend walking into this neighbourhood. For your safety and your family’s safety, my recommendation is to stay away. There are plenty of wonderful spots in Lipa Noi. Try another villa down the street outside of this neighborhood.

These are a group of similar but different villas. We stayed in Lipa Talay Jed, which is Villa 104, with a beautiful, large private pool and a large bedroom. We were a family of three with a 14-year-old daughter who slept in the extra bed, and we were all very comfortable. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was there, from the microwave to the kettle. The location is excellent, right where the sun sets and in a quiet area. However, wherever you go, if you want to explore a bit, you'll need a scooter or car. So, why stay in a crowded area when you can reach them whenever you need and relax here? The location on the peninsula overlooking two beaches is a special feature, so you can choose which one to go to. It's fantastic. The highlight is the private pool. The price is better than, or in line with, a hotel room, so I would never stay in a hotel again, having the opportunity to have a villa all to myself and dive in even at night in complete privacy. The welcome and constant support from Louise (the on-site manager who represents some of these villas), who is available for anything, made our stay simply superb. The icing on the cake, just 100 meters away, is Nanus, which among the various restaurants in the area offers Italian cuisine with unsurpassed carbonara and pizza. We can't wait to return! Thank you!
