It was a pleasure staying here, the admin was friendly, the unit was clean.

Two hours before check-in, they suddenly wanted to cancel, but they ended up replacing us with another unit that smelled of cigarettes, was full of cockroaches, and the AC wouldn't work at all. The signal was weak. An unpleasant experience.

Everything is okay, but the blanket smells a bit like urine. Please check next time.

The unit inside was a bit dirty and messy. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. The water heater didn't work. But it was okay, there was a balcony, and we got a low-floor area. Access to the pool was close, and we also got a pool view. Overall, it was okay.

Clean room, clean toilet, complete facilities except the drinking water ran out, the AC was not cold enough. Recommended, I want to come back again when the holidays come.

I booked a room on the day and suddenly the room was changed to a different room from what I had ordered. The reason was that the rooms were fully booked and the room I had booked had already been booked by someone else before I arrived.

There are still lots of small cockroaches running around, the rest is okay.

The sheets were not changed, dirty and filthy. Not worth renting.

Overall is not really good experience, the room seems very small and the cleanliness is absolutely terrible, the floor was sticky and dirty, the bed sheets like used, bathroom so dirty, the kitchen also dirty and there's some baby cockroaches around. But the location is close to the city centet and shopping mall, the swimming pool quite nice and huge. I hope they're concerns more about the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you

Parking is said to be a maximum of 19 thousand per 24 hours, but it turns out to be more than 30 thousand. What a waste of parking!
