Cheap but solid. Clean rooms.

I don't have more expectations actually with this hotel because the price is very, very cheap and worth it with a fairly spacious room, unfortunately the condition of the room is very dirty, ash and cigarette butts are scattered in the drawer, lots of mosquitoes, lots of lizards and even lots of cockroaches, the toilet is super smelly and the the worst thing is that the pillows and sheets still have a lot of hair and there are a few strands of hair, at least in a covid condition like this, cleanliness is no. 1 and at checkout there was no clerk at all because I was in a hurry to arrive at the airport. I ended up staying without a check out process.

Clean and big rooms, ample parking. It's just a shame that there is only 1 towel and mineral water is not available.

Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I feel comfortable. Unfortunately in the room there is no chair to work.

The condition of the hotel is quite good. The main problem is the hotel staff who don't stop smoking until the cigarette smoke spreads to the hallways in 3 hotels. The smell of cigarettes is so strong that the smell enters the room.

quite comfortable with a cheap price but the rooms are nice and clean. just love lots of mosquitoes. Because the concept is a guest house, you can cook yourself in the kitchen. there is no drinking water in the room but we can take as much as we like in the kitchen. want to make coffee tea too. and because the location is in the middle of the village, it's easy to find food outside. really happy and satisfied. it looks like it will be our subscription when you transit in Surabaya.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The accommodation is the same as the one in the photo, the guards are very friendly.

I came at 11pm and there was not a single clerk on guard at the reception desk. I didn't even find a security guard even though I had looked back.

Besides being close to Juanda Airport, the room rates at Zuiden house are also cheap and have clean and comfortable room facilities.

The staff are very nice and friendly. But only unfortunately the room does not provide drinking water.
