Stayed to celebrate a family birthday. Ambiance/Facilities: comfortable place but a little less clean. Food: very tasty but a little input to be able to add an additional position for the breakfast package in the app and if it is not possible, it should be allowed for anyone in the room to eat. Staff Assistance: hotel staff are friendly. Highlights: very nice and beautiful view, clean swimming pool. Price: standard price. Location: not far from the toll road.

Overall good, just a shame the mountain view is no longer available and the amenities are lacking, comfortable!

This accommodation is perfect for families. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, from the security guards to the staff, everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Honestly, it was really nice because I got a room upstairs, not too far from the pool. It was cool, had air conditioning, and I was able to check in early yesterday because it was a quiet Friday-Saturday. You can inquire via WhatsApp first. Chat registration to check in first.

I highly recommend staying here, there is an area for jogging too.

This is the 8th time I have stayed here with my extended family, the atmosphere and everything else is great.

The hotel was okay, but unfortunately the shower gel was runny, like it had been mixed with water. And the soap wouldn't come out when you pressed the button. You didn't get shampoo, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. You had to bring your own. There were also not enough lights along the way to the room. It was very dark. Hopefully it will be better in the future... thanks...

To get to the location you have to pass through several quite narrow roads. The service is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are facilities that are quite fun for families, there is a swimming pool, ATV, aviary, suki n grill, warm water, but amenities such as toothbrushes and sandals are not provided. The comfort of the Saraca type room is very lacking because it is combined with 2 tents into 1, it is very not soundproof especially if the neighboring guests are not understanding and continue to make noise, it is definitely not a suitable destination for finding peace. Cleanliness is okay, the food is quite varied and delicious, the room price includes breakfast is also okay.

Lodge Type C is noisy and not soundproof. You can hear people or the TV next door.

The hotel staff was very nice.. Overall it was a pleasant experience because we stayed in 3 rooms with a large family.. It's just that the cleanliness of the room is still not so good, maybe because it's been a long time, so it feels old and the equipment is outdated.. Maintenance is okay but maybe some things should be replaced.. So far, thank you LGE..

The natural atmosphere is truly serene and cool. It's perfect for healing, relaxing, and refreshing the mind. The facilities are comfortable and at one with nature. There are peacocks too...

Easy access from Bogor city. Second time staying here. Helpful staff. Now on weekends, there's no entertainment near the pool, where you can enjoy meatballs, boiled sweet potatoes, peanuts, and hot drinks. The bath towels may need replacing as they're starting to look dull.
