Easy access from Bogor city. Second time staying here. Helpful staff. Now on weekends, there's no entertainment near the pool, where you can enjoy meatballs, boiled sweet potatoes, peanuts, and hot drinks. The bath towels may need replacing as they're starting to look dull.

Check-in was fast. I stayed in a room with three beds. The room was clean, fragrant, and not too hot. The AC was good, the breakfast was good, the aviary was good, and the pool was good. I think I'll be back. My vacation here was quite memorable. I could also go for a morning walk, and the air was nice.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Yesterday I stayed at Pinus 7, the room was quite comfortable. However, when I stayed, there were no toiletries such as soap and shampoo. There were also no slippers or tea or coffee in the room, only mineral water. Then, when I wanted to take a shower, why did the water flow out so slowly? In my opinion, the breakfast lacked variety. Yesterday, the only side dishes for rice were chicken and green beans, not many menus. The swimming pool is nice with a mountain view. Access to the hotel is very easy. The staff is very friendly. Oh, and one more thing, if you bring elderly family members in wheelchairs, I recommend not to, because access to the room is uphill and down stairs.

The place is still beautiful, but unfortunately in front of my room (Kenari) it seems not well maintained, there are many dry leaves in front of the room (terrace). For rooms other than Kenari it seems to look cleaner. The room is comfortable, the bed is best (I ordered 3 beds: 2 size 180, 1 single bed). There are no amenities, only mineral water (it's okay, this is enough). The food is delicious, just a bit pricey. And during breakfast there were very few cutlery because at that time there were many visitors, so there were always not enough plates. The play area is lacking (ATV was not running), the water ball place is not well maintained. Overall it is nice, comfortable, but just lacks maintenance.

The hotel staff are all friendly, and everyone who passed me on the way to my room greeted me politely. When my child asked for a band-aid and first aid kit, they politely provided it. The response time to the receptionist's WhatsApp chat was a bit slow, but if you go directly to the front desk, you'll be well-served. The location is quite easy to find, with ample parking, nice, clean rooms, and the only downside is the steep climbs and descents. My elderly mother had to be a bit more careful walking and couldn't go back and forth freely because the pool and cafe restaurant are located at the top, and the rooms are on the lower level. Otherwise, everything was fine and impressive. I'd recommend this place again for office gatherings, but it's suitable for office gatherings because there's a large field for outdoor activities, and the rooms can accommodate a large group, making it fun to gather, and there's space for meetings and capacity building.

We've enjoyed our vacation there. Everything was okay. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was okay, but for an à la carte menu, a bit too expensive. But overall it was okay. Just a suggestion: you should pay more attention to the room odor, because when we arrived the room had a musty smell.

I stayed here last week. I actually liked the hotel's natural surroundings. It's cool, beautiful, airy, and comfortable. The location to the room isn't senior-friendly, but it's fine for families. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste weren't provided. Overall, it was okay.

Not elderly friendly because the location is quite steep and slippery. The room is full of ants, the pillowcases are dirty and some smell musty, the floor is peeling. The toilet and bathroom covers are not working properly (velcro/zipper), the mosquito net is torn. One of the two units we booked had the main door difficult to close. Archery activities: one unit had many broken arrows. Billiards: one unit, the place is cramped, two sticks but one end was chipped. Three bicycles, but one of them had a broken gear. So it seems that the important thing is to have it. Suggestion: just make it paid but decent and can be used comfortably. Food is quite expensive for us, fried rice is priced at 100 thousand. For breakfast experience, there were streples in the cornflakes, luckily we bit them and didn't swallow them. Plus points: we booked 2 units of lodge A, because we asked for them close together we were upgraded for free to lodge B, and all the employees were friendly.

It was a beautiful place to relax from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta's traffic. It's also very close to Jakarta and has good road access.
