The room should be cleaner and the sheets should be cleaned.

The room is quite old and needs renovation. The triple bed, in particular, is too cramped and could use some expansion. The bathroom also lacks adequate hangers for towels and clothes. Overall, given its central location, it's very convenient for the price.

Poor cleanliness, old building, outdated TV, outdated amenities, dusty floors. When I ordered a pool view, I got a stairway view in the corner. The room was full, but the hotel description didn't match it. Room 109 shouldn't have a pool view, so I felt cheated. My plan to spend a night relaxing was hampered by the lack of comfort. And the cleanliness was also very poor. The pillowcases were black, and the shower curtain was moldy. It was so dusty that when my feet got wet, my dirty footprints were clearly visible. Please fix this. The only advantage is the location near Sanur Harbor.

Good location. Good price. Decent staff. Rooms were clean. It was a bit noisy, though, as workers were repairing the roof in broad daylight, which disturbed my nap. The hot water didn't work well, and the Wi-Fi was constantly intermittent.

The hotel's location is right in front of Sanur Harbor, so you don't have to rush to catch the morning crossing to Nusa Penida. The only downside is that there are no toiletries. Just a small, round bar of soap.

Booked for two days, but ended up only staying for one. The room and interior didn't match the photos, and it was dirty and cramped. Overall, not recommended.
