Clean room. Staff is also good. Most importantly the room does not smell musty. Next visit to Keningau I will choose to stay here. Thank you so much.

The room is okay and nice, there are 3 types of breakfast. Nasi lemak, roti telur kahwin and mee goreng.

Comfortable hotel and close to restaurants and convenience stores.

I booked the executive room, room number is 215. The room and bathroom are spacious. But I saw red ants in the bathroom, then black ants 🐜 on the bed. I have no idea where they came from, even though we didn't eat food in the room. At night, we couldn't sleep at all because the pub in front of the hotel was so happening at night time, they have karaoke time until at least 2 am. The room has no soundproofing at all, so it was suffering.

Great experience! The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The AC works fast, which was much appreciated. Note that breakfast is a set menu rather than a buffet, but the food quality is top-notch. Fantastic shower, too!

Spacious room. The water heater well functioning and the bath tub very cozy. Overall very good.

There is a rooftop bar. Great place to hang out with friends and family in the evening. Great food and drinks.

Friendly staff.. But there is no light in the room, it's like the lights are dim & the room is dark..& the smell of old carpet makes it uncomfortable 😅..

Big room, big bathroom, water heater for shower. Comfortable but noisy because nearby with 1 night club. Has connecting door for the next room. Breakfast can take away for 2 persons, ni buffet, choose either 1 food.

Not bad, but the room had a smoking smell. The hotel may use a perfume spray to have a better smell after this.

Rooftop cafe is awesome. Covid-19 is everywhere, but did'nt stop Sento to provide simple, but worth and yummy breakfast. tq Sento.
