Good service... The employees are very helpful... The service is ok.

everything is good and nice, the only thing missing is that the parking area is not very spacious.

The location is very close to AEON, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Last night I heard a sound like wood rubbing or like the sound of sand from the ceiling like a mouse moving. Please check, from 12 midnight until morning.

The hotel is very close to AEON mall, so if you want to go for a walk, just go next door. The staff is friendly and the room is very clean.

My goto hotel. But recently the cleanliness of the room floors and sheets can be better.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, but this recent visit was by far the most disappointing. The room was not clean, the linen and blanket had visible stains, and they were only replaced after I filed a complaint. I also requested a hairdryer, but the one provided was broken. When I asked for a replacement, I was told that it was the only one available. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this experience has really changed my impression of the hotel.

Mercure is near to AEON mall, so it's a hot favorite. Food options at breakfast buffet are OK, but the omelette/fried egg from the egg station is too oily. The room is spacious, but if I want to nitpick, it will be that the mirror in the bathroom is too distant for female guests to do their makeup because of the big basin in between.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Aeon Mall. The room is clean. This is the 2nd time I am staying at the hotel but was not as pleasant as the 1st time because of a neighbor that was blasting music during the stay. Fortunately, my stay was short.

We stay here for 2 nights, we book 6 rooms for family. Privilege room, superior, junior suite, Jungle Room and Penthouse. We love the Junior suite, Jungle Room and Penthouse rooms. The hotel was quite compact in size but we manage to use all the facilities. Our children was happy with the simple yet cozy hotel and facilities. We stay during low season and there was no event at ballroom. Breakfast was okay, in house dining was okay. The staffs are mostly kind, and deliver good hospitality. Special credit for: Dede (restaurant), Ferdinand (restaurant), Davin (FO), Silver (FO), Putra (Concierge), also the security (I did not manage to remember his name). Overall stay was good. The hotel is suitable for business trip or a simple family staycation. The hotel also walk-away from AEON BSD. Easy access from Highway also close to ICE BSD. Input for the hotel is the hotline service, also the pre reservation from in house, where we are facing difficulties with the communication also the reservation made from in house price was higher rather than from OTA (which is unlikely happen before for my stays at ACCOR chain hotel). Also since the hotel are transforming to family oriented hotel, please prepare amenities for kids, cutleries and plates, glass for kids, more kids activities and area (they only made it available on weekend). Stayed here with my teen daughter for 2 nights. Very pleasant! The whole area was clean. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Parking was super easy. Location very spot on, just across Aeon Mall. Ordering food from outside also very easy. Driving around BSD area and Gading Serpong was great. Will definitely go back.

Overall, had stayed multiple times and friendly reception and early check in as per requested. Plus, the bed was comfortable and had a good resting.

Overall it's very comfortable to stay here, the room and bathroom are spacious, the room facilities are also complete. There are also many entertainment centers around the hotel. Maybe the breakfast menu and its taste are the only things that need to be upgraded :)

The place is very comfortable and clean, especially the workers are very friendly.

Overall it's really good, close to AEON, there's a kids playground, swimming pool, spacious room. There's just a lot of dust under the bed and under the wash basin, please improve the cleanliness especially the dust.
