Best service, good hotel, clean

Mercure Tangerang BSD City remains my go to hotel when visiting BSD. Well-designed spacious rooms and friendly staff always make it a pleasure to stay. Best of all, it's only minutes walk from AEON Mall for a huge variety of shopping and eating options. Padel Hotel just opened next door which will become another plus on future visits!

The hotel facilities are adequate for a business-class hotel. Yesterday, a padel court was under construction. However, the check-in process needs to be improved, as I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready after check-in time.

Always a family favorite, this is our third stay here. Needless to say, if we come back three times, we're very satisfied!

Good stay. Suggestion is perhaps to have a small towel for hand wipe.

the place very comfortable, however in my stay there's lacking of sound proof its like somebody was working or banging the walls and ceilings. The aircon was somehow very dry..

Excellent for Mercure Hotel. Close to the mall, easy.

The room is really wow... Clean and spacious

Overall it's very good, but the swimming pool is a bit disturbed because the one next to it is being renovated.

It was overall a great experience, especially the check-in and check-out process. I wish there were a desk in the room though.

The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. I want to spend the night here again next time.

The hotel is kid-friendly, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is delicious and varied. 👍 If there's a concert at ICE, I'll definitely stay here again. 👌

Restaurant service and food variety must be improved

A pleasant hotel. Close to AEON Mall and Sky House Apartments. The only problem is that there's construction work nearby, which makes it a bit noisy. I stayed there to visit my son, who works at the Biomedical Campus Building, so it was easy for him to get to the hotel.
