It's in an excellent location, and the room is spacious and modern. Bed is comfortable. The only negative is that it's a "non-contact" hotel, so no live reception, and you have to rely on electronic communications. It worked out fine though.

i prefer a check in process with a live person - property was clean but it did not have a toaster or an in suite washer and dryer

The apartment is in a fantastic location and the check-in process was seamless. However, since we were a group of three, we used the pull-out sofa bed and found the mattress to be quite uncomfortable. Improving the mattress would make this a perfect stay!

The place was great! Great location, spacious, very clean. Communication through WhatsApp was OK but could have been a little bit better.

The Kitchen had the appropriate utensils and basic things like salt/pepper available. The bathroom was amazing and the room itself very spacious and comfortable, perfect option for staying in valencia with great public transport links

Great location, clean and quiet.

Location, location, location. Wonderful set up. Big comfy King Bed. Grocery shop next door like 50 feet away for your fresh baguettes, olives and freshly squeezed oranges you do yourself for 5 Euros. The patio is shared by 2 flats but no one was next to us so we went into the hallway to access the patio twice.

Amazing place! Beautifully decorated, check in was a breeze. Very clean, very close to plaza del ayuntamiento and Mercado central, everything is within 5-10 min walk

Overall our stay was fine, except that the shower did not drain properly making showering uncomfortable. Also it would have been nice to provide more shower gel and shampoo than the 4 tiny bottles to share for 3 nights

The flats are modern, have everything needed and are very centrally located next to the city center within walking steps..
