Very good experience

The breakfast was mediocre. The pool stink of chlorine. Has anyone heard of ozone to get rid of bugs? For a hotel this big there was no business center. And no coffee in the lobby past 11am Otherwise extremely responsive and friendly staff, clean and conveniently located with almost all amenities high level

We come to Kelowna to visit family 3 times a year and always stay at the Hyatt. We usually stay a week. Comfortable rooms and great staff. Feels like a home away from home. Location is ideal, close to Orchard Park, restaurants, Save on Foods and a short drive downtown. Highly recommended. And pets are welcome.

The hotel was comfortable but they did not clean our room 2 of the three nights. The Expedia picture is extremely misleading. It was a 45 minute walk to the lake along a major highway.

The Fitness Studio is less than ideally equipped, some of the items were broken and the water dispenser was empty. More than one bench and a few other machines would be helpful. Other than that the hotel was excellent

Solid 3-star hotel that is clean and has good amenities. The gym is well-equipped. The $11 breakfast buffet was very good value and offered a nice selection of hot and cold items.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms need better shades to keep out light is my only complaint. Way too bright when trying to sleep.

One of the nights, several guests were shouting and screaming in the corridor for an extended period, which woke us up in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel appeared to intervene or address the situation, despite the amount of noise. Eventually, some of the other guests had to step in themselves to restore some peace and quiet. This was very disappointing, especially considering the price of the hotel. Overall, the room and facilities were acceptable, but the price is extremely high for the level of service and the overall quality of the stay. At this price point, I would expect better customer service, more attentive staff, and a much better response to disturbances that significantly affect guests’ comfort and sleep.

Our suite was perfect for a two day mixed business/personal stay. Modern. Clean. Options for food and bar included lovely patio spaces. Underground parking was clean and safe. Some road noise, but expected from a location so close to amenities. Would stay here again.

Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. Although I did not have the opportunity to use the amenities, I enjoyed my overnight stay

Property was great location.

Our stay was a last minute decision and do not regret any of it. We were expecting sunny weather, which turned out to be overcast, with a few sprinkles of rain but it was warm and more important better than at home. Where torrential storms were creating havoc. The room was clean, the staff were accomodating. Even the food, when we ate there, was better than expected. The Butcher's Cut was awesome! Kelowna is a beautiful place, got together with an old friend and a cousin I had not seen in over 40 years. Plus, we managed to squeeze in a wine tour which was so much fun. Yes, we will be back!
