Fairly decent hotel at a fairly reasonable price. Wouldn't have rated it as high as it had. Thin walls, so rather noisy & only one roach spotted in the bathroom. Kitchen area is a nice additional feature.

Outlets were working only one one side of bed. Outlet on other side only had one receptacle working.

When we arrived at the hotel,there was no signage to let us know where the front desk was.then when we got to our room we had no toilet paper. My husband went down to the front desk again and he was given a roll. When we went to lock our door the deadbolt didn't work. We were very uncomfortable with having no means to lock our door.. not much sleeping for either of us. We found the area to be very noisy.

Kitchen area was great

Rooms were very convenient and cozy. Conveniently located in an area of my business travel. Staff very helpful and attentive. Room was cleaned everyday and any inventory ran low, was replaced without asking, (e.g. soaps).

Everything was great, although we did find a water roach, but it was in bathroom. Everything was really clean, bed was comfy. They need to fix their ice machine

Noisy at night, i.e. ambulance/police siren noise - also, in mini-kitchen someone prior to us left condom wrapper in upper cabinet, not nice at all - did not touch, gross - other than that, loved the NO carpet in room - bravo to whoever put in vinyl plank -

Clean, easy to get too! Small kitchen in rooms is nice! Full size refrigerator also!

Our 2 queen bedroom had a small kitchen which surprised us. Everything was clean and neat, newly remodeled. Breakfast was lacking hot foods.

Property was in good shape.

The check in was easy. Front was extremely friendly. I slept like a baby. Bed was comfy and nice amenities. Toiletries weren’t great but I always carry my own. Didn’t check out the breakfast

Location is busy

Hotel and room were okay for a "motel." Room was mostly clean but had a weird smell. Breakfast options were limited but not horrible. Toiletries provided were not the best but having a full size refrigerator was nice. Overall, stay was okay for the price.

For a refurb hotel in Rosenberg, its a nice place.

Clean, friendly staff! Convenient to reastaraunts and shopping!

Every time I come to Rosenberg I stay at this hotel it’s the nicest one in the area.
