The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definetely be staying here again. It was a great stay for the family. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location is quite central to shops and restaurants.

Room A/C was truly awful. Even when turned off it still kicked on. Phone in room did not work. Cleaning service did an awful job.

The staff is always helpful, and the rooms are fresh, clean, and spacious.

Overall the stay was ok. Parking was not identified so we were unsure whether the spot we picked was appropriate or not. The pillows provided were sub par, flat and no support. We were unable to turn the fan on for air circulation. Only option to get the fan on is to turn up the heat making it too hot or reduce the heat setting so the a/c would come on only to make it too cold.

I was on the 5 floor in Sudbury n the hockey kids were running back n forth in the hallway for about 2 hours. I had to go to the front desk n complain

The front-desk staff were excellent, as were most of the service staff at the restaurant. When cleaning, some of the rags were left in my room and there was a staff member in the restaurant area who wasn't friendly, but beyond that - amazing stay.

clean hotel, pleasant staff. restaurant on site was good and accommodated our large group. bed was comfortable. do wish that they offered a complimentary breakfast, but other than that no complaints! Would stay here again.
