The place was exactly as it looked on the pictures. Our aim was to relax with a view and that is what we did. The rooms were all nice, air conditioned and the dishwasher and washing machine a good addition. There are a number of good restaurants nearby - but quite a few steps to get there and back. We are glad we located here instead of nearer Split, as that was busy and loud! So we could go there some evenings to sightsee but then get away from it all. Ubers were good and cheap - don’t use the taxis - you will regret it. Also, it’s cheaper to get dropped off outside the centre zone - so check when you order it’s around €6. We didn’t have to buy water as the quality was so good - bonus, but there is a small shop about 5-10 mins walk away. They also arranged transport from and to the airport- which saved us the hassle and was much appreciated. We are fussy, but would definitely recommend this place to stay if you want to visit Split.

I visited as a solo travelled in mid-May 2026. My one bedroom first floor apartment was perfect, it had everything I needed. It was immaculately presented, exactly as photos in listing and secure. I loved the day bed on the balcony and was perfect to come to in the late afternoon to enjoy the last of the sunshine. I organised transfers from the airport through Eol as I was arriving and leaving quite late and felt more comfortable with this that using a taxi. Communication around the transfers was excellent and all went smoothly. On arrival at Eol I was met by Ana. She was friendly and helpful and gave me a map and lots of recommendations both in person and followed up by text afterwards. The pool area was quiet and had plenty of sunbeds available on the two days I went there.

Everything was perfect. Very accommodating for our later flights to make sure we were settled in and advised on good places to visit. The apartment was exactly as seen and very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. It’s a short walk down the steps to the beach which is lovely for swimming and relaxing at the cafes available there. Shops a short walk to get the essentials (food shop and medicine/toiletries shop) The area is under going a bit construction but it didn’t disturb us as it was a little further away so was very peaceful. Would recommend and visit again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I do wish I would’ve stayed longer. The property is new, clean and very well kept. The staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Only issue is the beach construction in the area. Not really an issue just want to come back when it is completed. The beach will be amazing in the coming year.

Great place to stay with another couple as we rented the 2 beds 2 baths apartment.Close to amenities with an amazing ocean view from the apartment we stayed in. Communication with host is excellent. Spent a relaxing 4 days there. Had everything we needed.

Iva and Željana ( the hosts ) were so lovely and welcoming . The apartment is super clean , super spacious and just an excellent location . A short walk to the city centre which is perfect ! Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in split , families , couples , friends ! Perfect for everyone . The view was brilliant too!! Would love to come back in the future

Very comfortable stay at the apartment. Although it wasn’t a problem for us it is probably worth noting the extensive building works going on around the building which may cause a noise problem for some. The apartment itself was very clean and well-specified. A high quality stay. Very close to the beach too, although it is a very busy beach in summer

Superb accomodation! From the moment we reserved we had great communication from Zeljana the owner. She provided so many tips to take the stress out of our first holiday after Covid. She welcomed us on our arrival and explained all the facilities. This is first class accomodation which is brand new… high spec furniture and beautifully decorated. We reserved the two ground floor apartments right beside the pool with the sea directly in front. We got Ubers into Split city every evening to eat but we often had lunch in one of the beach bars opposite EOL at lunchtime. Book here and you won’t be disappointed… however they have a fab reputation so often fully booked way in advance!

Everything was great! The apartments are absolutely amazing - very modern and cozy. Fully functioning kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and generally very spacious. The pool area is amazing and the view is beautiful. The area is a nice walk from the city centre, but otherwise Uber is very affordable. Zeljana was the best host! She helped with everything from information, personalised restaurant recommendations and contact to Ivana who arranged the best trips. Even the airport pickup went smoothly and with a smile, though we were delayed for more than an hour through passport control. We will definitely be back! And hopefully very soon! 🙌

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på lägenhetshotellet. God kommunikation med ägaren. Smidigt med in- och utcheckning och fantastisk service under hela vistelsen. Nära till strand och mataffär. Renligt och fräscht hotel. Finns allt man behöver och är ett lika bra ställe för par, vänner eller barnfamiljer. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
