Clean room, good breakfast

Room was clean enough. Noise from outside it sounds like the windows open even though they don't open. Which indicates they need to be resealed probably. The air conditioner runs nonstop even on low and at a reasonable temperature. Seems like it should cycle. Toilet seat loose. Plenty of light in the room, in fact too much light to leave any one light on as a night light to find your way to the bathroom. We found green moldy bread in what was being served for breakfast. Breakfast choices very limited. Lacking fruit, including bananas that were gone within an hour of opening the dining room.

Will definitely be staying here again. Hopefully the pool is open in the summer. Service was excellent, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, ac cooled the rooms pretty fast. Overall you get more value for your money compared to lucerna and Araiza. 11/10

The hotel location is great. Comfortable and clean room.

The breakfast menu needs more options. I wanted scramble eggs but the eggs they had were mixed with ham but i dont eat pig and was charged extra for regular scrambled eggs.

Staff was wonderful, house keeping running a little behind bit was checked in and then came back and room was ready, jo fridge or microwave in the room.

No Gym, no pool (in maintenance). Room keys had to be reset every day. Not a hotel for families or parties of 3 or 4, as room bathroom does not have door

Excellent place from the start. I recovered there from surgery and without me having to say anything, they gave me a room on the first floor.

We booked that specific hotel for the pool and the pool was out of service. When booking it’s didn’t say their was out of order.

There was 4 of us in the room and they would only leave 2 towels. Also, the key to the room would work for 1 day only so I went to get a replacement twice during our stay
