Good, clean, friendly, fast response

Hi everyone. Quiet and soundproof atmosphere/facilities. Good hotel food. Friendly staff assistance. Close to food. Affordable price of course.

Located in the center of Merauke city, close access to everywhere. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The room does not match the photo. We were given a standard room even though we paid for a room type above standard. The reason the staff gave was that the room had been given to someone else. It smelled of urine.

The downside is that the AC is really hot. PS, I wanted to check out and the AC was just cold.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean with strong running water, the food is delicious, lacking soup for soupy food. The downside is that the standard room has to go through a corridor inside.

The check-in staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the prices are affordable. Complete TV facilities are not optimal because there are traffic signs.

Meskipun bukan hotel bintang 5, tapi recommended banget untuk vacation. Lokasinya juga strategis. Di samping hotel terdapat Cafe yang juga sediain voucher untuk internetan (maklum di Merauke lagi ngga ada kerusakan jaringan). Sarapan paginya juga lumayan, di sini saya bisa nyobain masakan daging rusa khas Merauke. Minusnya cuma satu, kenapa KTP asli mesti ditahan sih sebagai jaminan?

The mattress was moldy, the cot was almost broken, going into the room through a narrow hallway plus passing the laundry and paying 552 thousand wasn't worth it.

The rooms are like boarding rooms, minimal facilities. Then the bathroom smells. For a standard room, the entrance is through a very narrow hallway.

The place is nice, comfortable and clean, I've stayed 4 nights. Even all the rooms from the price of 750, 550 and 350 are all nice and clean. Near everywhere. Good service, delicious breakfast. Anyway, I don't regret staying at Grand Mandala, you have to try it if you haven't been here yet.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, it's just a shame the breakfast is a bit late. For those who are transiting to the interior, breakfast must be ready at 6.00 am, then top.

Kamarnya bagus, pelayanan juga lumayan cuma sayangnya tidak ada minibar, untuk sarapannya ya lumayan. Dan 1 lagi kenapa KTP tamu mesti ditahan sih.

The location of this hotel is good, but the service is poor and the treatment is different between direct messages and from taveloka. Need to improve especially the management of employees.

Comfortable to stay and friendly.

The room units are clean, safe, value for money, breakfast is pretty good. If possible, replace the towels because the color is not the color of white towels in general. Thank you

Room facilities are very below standard (running class).

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, there is hot water too. The breakfast, although there are not many choices, but the taste is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep it up!
