This place was great! We stayed for four nights and it was just what we needed. The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good.

The premier plus room we had was very basic - the room was small, no drawers for clothing, no safe, no phone, our room was not cleaned when requested during our four night stay. The breakfast items were very basic and items were not replenished on a timely basis. We are very disappointed. Definitely NOT staying here again and NOT recommended.

Air conditioning was poor. It stopped from time to time by itself, causing the room to be very hot for sleep at night. There is no ventilation in the bathroom or the main room, causing the smell in the room very stiff and stale. No cellphone signal in the room, barely in the lobby either. Free internet is very slow, as they ask for additional payment for faster internet. Staff was helpful when coordinating breakfast issues.

The rooms were very small, and I had to ask the staff three days in a row for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced. When the room was finally cleaned, one of the twin beds wasn’t remade, and there was no comforter available, so we had to use thin sheets. The staff was polite, but the service did not meet expectations. The location is convenient about a 6-minute walk from Farringdon tube station.

Premier Inn was a great first stay - clean rooms and basic amenities. They allowed us to check out later, which was very convenient for us! Would definitely come back :)

Disappointing and repetitive breakfast I wouldn’t call the breakfast 'free'; it’s definitely included in the room rate, and unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it. The selection is extremely limited and it was exactly the same every single day. While it technically 'does the job' if you just need a quick bite, it’s very basic and gets boring quickly. Don't expect much variety here.

Welcome to Mass-Hospitality. Location: highly convenient. Think: Hyatt pricing with Motel-6 facilities. Super positive: staff is definitely friendly and ready to help and do the job, however, with 600+ rooms, and 1 person for the night shift, well, you do the math. We were welcome by an amazing sight of unclean toilet and stale odor in the bathroom. Staff respondend and changed us to another room, in better conditions, yet not exactly clean.
