Clean, comfortable rooms, suitable for staying with family.

My family and I stayed in a 2BR apartment, the AC was cold, there was direct access to Pakuwon Mall, complete facilities, provided with gallon water, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, cooking utensils and stove, as well as a smart TV, and smooth wifi.

During check-in, the staff assisted me and I called to help me with any items I left behind. It was very pleasant and the staff were nice. The room was quite clean.

Unprofessional Greedy....if there's a big event, our booking is canceled unilaterally.. The apartment is also ugly and overpriced...

Friendly staff. The explanations were quite clear. The room was quite clean. It was directly connected to the mall. There was free Wi-Fi and free parking. The TV was a smart TV. The AC was also cold. There was a leak when the AC was set at 18°C. It was safe when set at 23°C.

on the second day there was a smell of gas... it would be better if the gas was checked first when renting. customers were told to turn off the gas themselves, even though the new place is risky if you don't know how overall the place is good and comfortable because it is directly connected to Pakuwon Mall

I chose to rent an apartment because of the access to Pakuwon Mall, but unfortunately I got a room that didn't match the picture, but that's okay. The unit needs a lot of repairs, from peeling wallpaper, dull doors, leaking AC, dead main room lights, LPG running out so the stove can't be used. No towels and toiletries are provided, so I suggest bringing your own. There are no tissues at all in the unit. The c/i and c/o process is not complicated.

I thought that they will provide towel or at least standard amenities for the bathroom such as toilet paper and the kitchen utensils a bit short too. Luckily convenient store available at the mall so we can get our bath supplies.

Maybe if the selected room is sold out, it's better to just close it directly in the app. So you don't have to replace it with a room that doesn't match your order. So you have to find a bed. Thank you

The room condition is clean, only there is a small leak in the toilet hose, the apartment is connected to the mall, overall it is quite satisfying during my stay here
