Good, clean rooms, friendly service

Comfortable and clean, close to the mosque, only the food at the hotel is not 24 hours.

I chose Hotel Front One Syariah Mampang for a late-night stay since it was too far to go home. I was very impressed with the price—it was incredibly affordable and definitely worth every penny. A great, budget-friendly option when you need a place to rest.

Because the room was newly renovated, it was really nice and neat, it was just a bit noisy during the day, but I understand, it's just that the toilet door frame hasn't been drilled so it's hard to close it and the WiFi is hard to connect, other than that it's really okay 👌

No baby friendly. My 1st child's birthday, I want to staycation here because this is a subscription from being single. Married until having a baby. Cheap and cheerful. Close. Good service. Just unlucky to get a stuffy air-conditioned room covered by a wall. Big glass. 3rd floor 317. Reported to management, they immediately moved to a room on the 1st floor 105. The phone in room 317 didn't work but was immediately told to wa, thank God, fast response if anything happened. The downside is, the restaurant on the 3rd floor is not open 24 hours or at least the area is only open 24 hours, if the restaurant isn't, it's okay. Taking the kids for breakfast upstairs to see the city view is difficult. Even though that's one of the facilities. Super duper minus in the 3rd floor area which is not open 24 hours. Maybe with this suggestion, AZANA management can consider it. because you can check how often and how long I staycation here 🙃🙏🏿 for all staff, so far so good. Thanks!

Actually, I've been here quite often. However, there was a drama a few times before. I ordered and asked specifically in the application for a room on the upper floor. However, when I arrived, the hotel staff said that the rooms above were full, and the staff offered a room that was literally in the lobby of the waiting room, the room position was right next to the entrance and receptionist, and I didn't want it because the room position was very awkward. Finally, after negotiating, I was given an upper room according to my order. The room itself was as expected, because I've been here a few times, clean, good but minimalist. No big complaints for the room. 7/10
