The hotel staff is very friendly, airport access is close, you can request a pick-up from the airport to the hotel with an additional pick-up fee.

I booked a deluxe twin room. Overall, it was very good. It functioned well, was clean, and had a beautiful mountain view. Behind the guest house is Oishi Cafe. However, they don't provide toiletries like soap, shampoo, or toothpaste. It's far from any shops.

Have stayed here 4 times and never disappointed, just a suggestion for towels please use big towels. Yesterday I got a small towel that the kids have. Hahahaha, but overall everything is good.

The place is noisy, uncomfortable. The service is lacking.

We stayed three of us. No soap available in our room. We asked the hotel staff for the reason that it had not been restocked and had to wait for the manager. We asked where the manager was, apparently not at the place. We asked to try to contact via telephone, the staff said the HP manager was not active. After waiting for about 10 minutes, finally the three of us only got one soap.

The location is easy to reach, the building and rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and fun.
