The reception isn't open 24/7, the rooms don't have hot water, and when I reported it, they didn't resolve the issue. The price is cheap, so the service is terrible.

The hotel is near Xuan Huong Lake, the square, and Da Lat market. The rooms are clean, spacious, and affordable, and the reception staff are polite and friendly. The only downside is that the cleaning lady is quite noisy, making loud noises when moving chairs and opening and closing doors, especially late at night.

M is only going to stay here for 2 days, the last 6 days here are over. The room is small and beautiful, but fully equipped with a dryer, a super-speed kettle, with an elevator and a magnetic lock which is very convenient, still near the center, easy to go anywhere. The owner is very friendly, in general is too satisfied with the business trip.

New, clean and comfortable room. The owner and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic with guests. In the room there is a dryer with a super speed kettle so I find it very convenient for me. Will visit again when coming to Da Lat next time.
