Excellent stay at an affordable rate.

The room was nice, but not the cleanest. It just looked like the floor wasn’t vacuumed fully, and surfaces maybe weren’t wiped thoroughly. The bed was clean and comfortable though. The breakfast was disappointing, even first thing in the morning it wasn’t hot. The customer service was good and checkin and checkout went very smoothly. Very friendly staff.

Friendly service

Hotel is decent, clean. Complimentary breakfast is okay, the cooked portion is hit and miss but they do offer plenty of other options. Coffee is good. Area is okay. Hotel is convenient to get to and depart from.

Check in was very easy and clerk at desk friendly. Hot tub was nice. Pool is small but okay. Our room was on the main road side and found it a bit noisy from traffic.

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. It was cheap but not in a dirty or dated way, small tiny pillows and bedding. Plastic covered seating in the room, kind of random but all in all, it was a good night sleep and good morning breakfast. Next time I'll definitely ask for more pillows and blankets.

Smell bad

Stayed for 3 nights. The room was nice, beds were comfy, eveything was clean, and the staff were friendly. Wasn't much of a continental breakfast, but still better than nothing. I didn't go to the pool so can't say anything about that. The treadmills didn't work in the gym, and there was too many unnecessary machines so the area was very crowded, but again, better than nothing. Definetly a good stay for the price.

Clean, great location

With exception of the actual room, overall the property excellent. Room cleanliness very poor. Dirty shower & toilet, carpet looking like it had not been vacuumed in awhile, and not sure when coffee maker was last cleaned.

Traffic on Harvey was noisy, hard to sleep.

We booked the two bedroom suite, and it was awesome. Lots of room for all of us kitchenette was filled with what we needed. Great value for the size of a room you get when you book the two bedroom suite.

The location is convenient and clean.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel due to a completely unnecessary late-night phone call from the front desk. At around 11:50 PM, we received a call asking if we needed a blanket—despite never having made such a request. This call woke up my entire family, completely disrupting our sleep. It was frustrating and unacceptable, especially when traveling with children. A hotel should prioritize guest comfort, and this kind of disturbance is the opposite of hospitality. Would not recommend this hotel, as even thinking about this experience still makes me upset.

Great staff and service, good breakfast. Facilities and room were clean and recent. Room was noisy: door to corridor could benefit from some additional isolation around it and window needs noise blocking curtains.
