The staff was welcoming. The room is spacious and the hotel was secured well. It was nice the offered water coffee and a blow dryer. The location is central to many sights.

Chose the property due to the 3 min walk to the start of the city centre, we arrived at 10pm and had got a free upgrade, room was clean and cosy and staff were very friendly, tea making facilities in the room, but also advised to help ourselves to the coffee machine in the dining area. The street on which the hotel was, was very lively for the weekend, but as soon as inside the hotel, could not hear a thing. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay at Krisotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was small but extremely efficient and very clean. Bed was comfortable. A wonderful location to walk to many different neighbourhoods. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice, clean hotel near the Leidseplein, easy walking distance to everything in the Amsterdam city Centre. Friendly staff and good daily breakfast buffet…we were very happy with this hotel.

Great location. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom, while small were very good. The air conditioning was fantastic. My room was a little noisy.

Krisotel is a fun and quirky boutique hotel in downtown Amsterdam - very walkable to lots of attractions.

Very steep steps downstairs as if going into a prison or dungeon!! The room downstairs not much windows. Paint on the doors have pilled off and very unpleasant to look at!

The rooms are quite narrow and small but I guess it’s an Amsterdam thing
