front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. we stayed in a quad room. was comfortable and enough space. elevator worked, and location was perfect. love the free coffee machine in the lobby. thanks!

Good location

We ended up booking this hotel for a girls trip in April. We had a room facing the street so it got very loud at night as there was a Coffeeshop and pub right across the street. The other reason for the noise-the hotel staff kept manually turning off the AC- forcing us to open the window to cool the room down. Some nights it was quiet, other nights we were not able to sleep. Several nights it appeared someone was stomping or moving furniture in the room above us.

Very good location and walkable to many sites. Free coffee and other hot drinks.

Perfect location and very clean!

Great stay, excellent location! Friendly and warm staff. Typical of the region the room is a little small so plan accordingly.

Overall an ok stay but would try and avoid the basement rooms. We were right below reception and could hear every chair moving. In addition there were a few ants in the room. That said, the staff were very helpful in resolving this and accommodating. Free coffee and water was a nice touch. Location was great as slightly away from the hustle and bustle but everything was walkable

The location was great, within walking distance of most attractions, especially the Vondelpark, Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. Hotel staff were very helpful. The room didn't have a view and was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good.

Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and small but clean eating area. Free coffee and tea available 24/7 which is a nice touch. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room had the necessary amenities and was clean but small. Very tight bathroom and sleeping area

Friendly and very helpful staff

This hotel was very convenient, the location is perfect. Very easy to get yourself around with Tram/Metro/and Train. Our room was on the fourth floor and very quiet. Unfortunately we have not tried breakfast but by the looks of it it looked pretty good. Coffee is free all day and it is delicious, grab one to go on the way out. Management was so nice to hang on to our luggage before checking in and again after checking out. Would do again for sure.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Perfect location to get around town, close restaurants and bars. Rooms aren't huge, but adequate. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Very convenient walk to central Amsterdam near all of the restaurants, Anne Frank house, Van Gogh Museum, canal cruises, Heineken. Clean, comfortable, nice little dining area with a coffee machine to make your own coffees in the mornings. Vending machine in lobby for any snacks or drinks you may have forgotten to grab. Tram isn’t a far walk either. Staff were very nice. Bathroom is a little small and has a step up so sometimes would trip going in and out. Housekeeping tidied up very nicely everyday as well.

The breakfast buffet was very limited. No air conditioning. Worst of all was a bar across the street with loud drinkers until the late hours of the night. Will never stay there again.

Estuvimos solo una noche. El hotel está cerca de la zona tusitica. Fue limpio, cómodo y muy bueno para el precio. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Breakfast was good considering their small area. Loved the free coffee drinks all day they were shockingly good. Liked that even though I did not face a canal I also did not face a brick wall

Room was clean and a decent size and had everything required for a couple of nights stay
