we arrived early due to early flight and we greated with a very warm welcome by the hosts. The room was absolutly spotless very roomy with a large comfy bed and an excellent shower. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the river or the tram bridge. the breakfast was very good lots on offer and very good quality. we would totally reccomend this hotel i would given them 4* its a real gem.

We arrived at 5 PM on Saturday afternoon. It became obvious that a front door entry code was required. Check our communications with Expedia, no code was sent. Called the Expedia emergency number, no reply…apparently, no weekend service/. Had to go get a new hotel for the evening.

Excellent place to stay 3 minute walk from the tram and the bridge 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Porto Room was spacious Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast delicious Best place to stay in Porto

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Établissement très propre. Personnel gentil, accueillant et souriant. Hôtel parfaitement desservi par le tramway. Je ne peux que le recommander.
