The whole place is clean and neat, they have a very good bar and I was able to watch my Champion league football matches in average serene place. I love their clean and neat rooms. It's a very good place to be

The hotel is in a good location, with a bus stop outside to get to the city. Large parking area. The staff were very friendly, and the whole hotel complex clean and well maintained. Excellent value for money.

Nice room, lovely breakfast

Always stay here on monthly family visits to the area. So conveniently located with plenty of parking. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the beds are great and large walk-in showers are so good. Efficient and controllable aircon make the rooms comfortable too. Staff are very welcoming and helpful with any requests. Good Pizza restaurant, but also handy for a range of eateries on Gosforth High Street.

The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with options of buffet or hot food off the menu. The staff at breakfast and at the desk were very friendly. Originally we booked a Standard room and was disappointed that it was right above the bar and could hear/ feel the music/ vibrations despite the rooms being sound proofed. After speaking to the receptionist, they moved us to a different room above the reception which was lovely and quiet. I can't imagine this is ever an issue mid week. The receptionist was very nice about it and made sure we were happy the next morning. We had a lovely stay overall and would definitely consider staying again next time we are in Newcastle!

Ideally located for the cricket match we were attending, the hotel was easy to find close to the A1. Reception was welcoming and our room was large, well maintained and beautifully prepared (by Nelli). We had no problems with noise and slept well on the large and comfortable bed. Nothing had been missed: it was wonderful.

Love the location of this super hotel , bus stop outside and Metro station a short walk away. Great breakfast and very helpful staff.

Good quality basic hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Everything was clean and working, particularly the air conditioning in the room. The room was serviced daily, including new tea and coffee. Excellent continental breakfast with various cooked options in addition. The smart TV with BBC iPlayer was an added bonus. The hotel Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The room was a bit small and dark, but comfortable as a place to sleep.

The bar was great, atmopshere very good/busy Breakfast could be a bit better, wasn't poor but there is room for improvement
