Parking expensive, electric chargers not working which is working they are occupied for over 20 hrs just one car even it’s been charged already but no control over that in fact these surrounding controls consider to go electric but how ! That’s questionable anyways about hotel I got the email to upgrade room from family room to suite I did update and paid extra and when I reach to the hotel they given me same room which i paid already for :) so basically charged 800 sek extra for nothing :) anyways I wouldn’t go again to this hotel, surrounding is good nice and long walk around the hotel, happy new year

The staff and front desk personell were excellent all around. Everyone was kind, helpful, and offered advice on various questions any tourists would have…with a smile. Our room was clean and perfect, entertainment options were nice, and the daily included breakfast…the biggest selection we have ever seen and the food quality was outstanding.

We just stayed for a long weekend and absolutely LOVED the hotel. For the price, I couldn't believe how great it was. Also, I must add the reception staff were SO incredibly helpful and made our stay even better!

Stayed for 14 nights in a large room with harbour view. Full breakfast is included in room rate and hotel has washer & dryer that you simply book a 3 hr slot to do your laundry at no charge. Location is quite some way from central Gothenburg but only 300m to the 3 & 9 tram service. Plenty of quality eating options within walking distance. Enjoyable stay.

The included breakfast is amazing. So many choices and all delicious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a service dog and the hotel were fantastic providing a dog bed and some treats. Parking was very cheap and accessible. Really good location and nice at night right by the water.

The Hotel room was spacious, service was excellent, staff was very helpful, polite, and considerate. Our shower was exceptional! The location was great, breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety of food choices. We loved the view and watching the shios come & go. Other nearby restaurants were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will Stay there again when I go to Göteborg!

The staff was fabulous; friendly and engaging. The breakfast buffet was awesome, so many options. It is very easy to get to public transportation.

Our stay was absolutely perfect here. We cannot fault one thing. The room was spotless, the facilities were brilliant and the staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could. A special shout out to Marcus for going the extra mile in making our stay even more comfortable. If we are ever back in Gothenburg we will most definitely be staying again!

Great transport links to the city center by ferry and tram. Staff very helpful and resolved a booking problem with an upgrade

Our room was quite large and we had an amazing view of the waterfront. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Can say enough amazing things about the lovely breakfast provided each morning! Also, when the dryer broke down, the front desk kindly took over laundry and dried it, folded it and put in back in our room - free of charge! Really appreciated the service and staff going above and beyond!

Great hotel with plenty of facilities, very helpful staff and an amazing food selection at breakfast. This hotel is walking distance to the Germany ferry terminal. Great view of the river at Gothenburg. Definitely recommended!!

Fantastic breakfast. Very clean. If you arrive before 3pm and would like a room, there’s a charge.

Service was good. Room was ok for family. You need to inform previous night in order to clean the room.

We stayed at Quality Waterfront for two nights.. The level of cleanliness was not at all upto the mark.. There was dust on the toiletries and the housekeeping missed our room on our 2nd day of stay so they didn't clean our sheets, towels and cups.. We had left in the morning and when we came back in the evening the room was still a mess.. When we called the reception then only we got new towels... We complained when we checked out and they apologized
