I checked in late after a long trip by car Top team at reception specially Thianne a young beautiful polite kind who actually speak a proper English She checked me in and made me feel welcome and home, very professional and kind The room was high and very fine, big, clean and well arranged, When my work will bring me around here again, I am staying this hotel for sure.

I stayed in the executive suite on the 19th floor, and the soundproofing was very good. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the views of the sunset and city lights were stunning. The workspace was comfortable, the shower was great, and breakfast offered a wide, delicious selection. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Nice and simple hotel. Good pizza, next-door, and a good spa walking distance across the street. Also walking distance to the Square and the mall. Friendly staff.

Definitely a class hotel, but with work to do. Attention of staff, decoration of the room, cleaning of guest-space. I stayed in the suite, but had to pay for my two bottles of water that i drank. My shower was cold, i couldn't figure out to produce warm water. Fortunately Palmas is hot. The pool is small and was a disappointment.
