Great location, as it's close to the Events Centre and Arena, the Casino, and a couple of blocks from Lake Okanagan's waterfront on the north end of Penticton.

Very new property that is clean, well maintained and the staff is excellent.

The staff was incredibly helpful during what was a very stressful time. The location was perfect for us as well. Easy to navigate to the hospital but also a nice easy walk to the beach.

My family and I had a great stay, even though it was just for one night. We would definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Penticton. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great as well.

Very close to the thing we needed

I had a three day stay, but never once did housekeeping come in to attend to my room, so I ran out of coffee and toilet paper. These are basics you would think any decent hotel would offer.

Breakfast eggs and sausage were yucky .. everything else ok

The bedding is nice. We stayed in a king suite with a living area it was a nice size and comfortable. 10 min walk to the SOEC. Free breakfast and food was refilled frequently. The front staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. The hot tub was hot. Very good location to get to restaurants and such. We will be back.

Normal for a free breakfast. Staff was good. Parking lot had plenty of light.
