New building and clean. It has necessary amenities for guests.

We had a nice stay at the Fairfield Inn. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool facilities were pristine

Nice evening staff and lots of parking. We had a great stay.

The 2 reading lights on the bed were not working. The plug in the bath tub would not stay down, so it made it hard to have a bath. The temperature control knob on the fridge was not there.

Clean room and property. The beds in our room were soft and had no support. We had a terrible nights sleep both nights. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main roads and highway. We could walk to the lakeshore area within 15 minutes, which was great. Breakfast was okay but not great. You can’t expect much given the mass feeding situation. The exercise room was adequate and we did one workout during our two night stay. Due to the soft bed, we would not stay here again.

Stopped here 3 times would not stop anywhere else when in Penticton.

The stay was good. Bed chesterfield not good. Mattress is too weak you could feel the springs coming through while sleeping

Room was awesome!, 2 TV’s ,very modern and clean. .Staff were great as expected. The buffet breakfast was complimentary and had great options. Parking was totally free which was great. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It is a hotel with not a lot of character HOWEVER I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were roomy. The beds were SOOOOO comfortable. Staff helpful. The gym had everything you needed. The breakfast was good - had something for everyone. One of us is gluten free and one dairy free and there were lots of options. Oh and the bath products were lovely as well.

Comfortable stay. Housekeeping every second day which was fine. Self-serve coffee/tea/water station in the lobby was convenient. I recommend.

Standard Fairfield property- clean, good service-decent breakfast, but no restaurant.

We have been staying here for about five years now. Hotel allow us to check in a few hours early which was nice. Front desk staff is always very courteous and easy to deal with. We usually book the king size suite. Beds are very comfortable with a nice shower and good climate control in the room. Hotel is a few years old now, and is beginning to show a little bit of wear in the rooms. All in all though, a nice day and will stay there again. You need to be careful when booking rooms online through third-party vendors as the price is fluctuate wildly, sometimes from day-to-day. They can go up, they can go down.
