Super comfortable, great beds

Nice comfortable big room. cleaned daily. Very helpful front desk staff. Great hotel driver and big thank you to the ladies that made omelet every day, if you go you have to try them.

In general, the room accommodations were great; clean beds, nice pillows and neat bathrooms. Although when we checked-in the receptionist told us that the diner was open until 23:00pm and gave each reserved room a dinner ticket discount of 20% only for that day, so we decided to eat something after we dropped our luggage in our rooms. We arrived at the diner at 22:50pm trying to order, until the waiter told us the kitchen was already clean and was not going to accept more orders because of the late hour even though there was still time.

I love this place my room was very big and private the only thing I did not like was the restroom wasn’t clean and I couldn’t call the service because we got late to our room but next day I asked to clean up the restrooms and got it done. Definitely we will came back. Breakfast it is excellent I’ll recommend it 100% and the service people very professional.

Friendly staff and convenient location

It was Nice, i liked the 4 egg omelette the lady at the buffet made for me, however, they need to put more towels in their bathrooms, and the towel dispenser in the public restroom was very stingy.

Great location! I mean, from transportation, restaurants, shopping, getting to close and far away towns and so convenient. Fabulous staff!

Excellent location and great service

First impressions were so great, I found my room so comfortable and beautiful, I stayed in the superior room and is excellent, with a nice view of the city. I was surprised with an amenity for my birthday. My daughter and I loved the treatment of the entire staff. Definitely I highly recommend this Hotel. Great spot

Centrally located, easy drive to the airport and to the poliforum. Spacious and comfortable rooms. My only concern is the changes the new ownership is implementing such as not offering towels or water at the gym anymore. Although minor, it does impact the experience as it is one more thing to think about.
