The staff were friendly. It's a little far from the tourist areas, but overall it's fine. There are many good restaurants around the hotel.

Tidy simple hotel, lobby is well designed nice to come back to after a tiring day

I had a great experience here. I arrived about 4 hours before check-in time, but the staff still helped me check in early free of charge. There was some occasional noise from the neighboring house during renovations, but it was acceptable. Everything was great!

dirty rooms with lots of hair left. no cleaner available if you check in after 4pm (according to the receptionist). he literally gave me a broomstick to sweep the hair myself... plus the room is tiny. for 900k VND/night, do not stay here.

I will come back. Everything is good for the price.

The receptionist is very professional, gentle, and can remember the names of guests (during the recent September 2nd holiday, there were definitely a lot of guests, but when she looked at my face and could remember my name, that was something I was very surprised about), but the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good. I can clearly hear the conversation from the rooms next door. But that's okay, I still really, really like this hotel.

The receptionist and staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are beautiful and soundproofed quite well, clean and comfortable.

Clean, very convenient location

The hotel charges a 3% card swipe fee. The staff did not deal with customers satisfactorily, agreed to add to the invoice when issued but still did not add, the invoice was also late paid. The service experience is not good, the room is clean, neat and spacious, the room only has 1 trash can in the tiny bathroom, very inconvenient to use.

Second time here and still love it. The hotel is beautiful. The design is rustic and simple but luxurious and modern. The room is clean and comfortable. The mattress is very soft.

Lễ tân rất chu đáo và chuyên nghiệp. Phòng ốc thì đẹp, tối giản, sang trọng. Không gian chung xinh xắn, nhiều ánh nắng. Không có hầm gửi xe nhưng chú bảo vệ có nhận giữ xe máy qua đêm. Bù lại, buffet sáng rất nghèo nàn, không xứng tiền (chỉ có trứng luộc, bơ mứt, máy nướng bánh mì) và từ 7h mới mở cửa.
