I had to wait a long time for the check-in because the staff informed me that the booking had already been made but it was not entered in the system. I had requested a room on a higher floor when booking, but I got a room on the 2nd floor.

This hotel is very good. I recommend it. The room is clean. The hotel is clean. The service is good. The staff speaks well. There is a swimming pool and a fitness center with a sauna.

Very impressed. If I have a chance, I will definitely visit again. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are many facilities. I like it very much. 😊

I like it here. It's comfortable and clean. The pool is a bit cold in the rainy season.

Tried staying here for 3 nights. The staff always forgot the stuff in the room. First night forgot towel, second night forgot drinking water, third night forgot shower cap. In conclusion, had to ask for everything. Should improve the service to be better. Other than that, the atmosphere is good. The food is delicious.

Rezeption, sehr guter Service und sehr professionell. Room boy Khun Kung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber.
