Staff were pleasant and helpful.dinner and breakfast good Room was small so no comfy chair to sit on. TV was very small. Shower was very difficult to work

Small room and not the most comfortable bed together with the smallest TV I have seen for a very long time! However the location is great and the staff are really good. Great place for a couple of nights to see in and around Haworth.

Room was cleaned each day and all towels were changed. Staff were extremely good and helpful with a smile and always had a good chat!! The bar was just right. Breakfast was really a "full E

Check smooth no problems, room exceptionally cleaneverything you need. Food absolutley beautifull evening meal and breakfast.Perfectally situated for our needs. Only downside if I could call it that maybe get so.e secondary glazing on front bedroom windows, pub next door had live band until about 11.15. Wasnt a particular problem for us but could be for others. Staff very attentive fab stay.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now as everything is easy & just perfect! The bonus is the car park though small, we’ve always been ok to get parked. We normally stay for a couple of nights so everything we do is by foot so we can drink & also immerse ourselves in Haworth totally. Staff are always friendly & helpful, as always. We’re already considering when to visit next.

Lovely hotel full of character, great staff, v chilled. Only disappointment was the shower, which I tried and then thought maybe not! Don't think you can have an old building and modern plumbing! Will definitely stay again if I'm up this way.

We were there in unusual weather conditions and had to change rooms due to wind and rain coming through the window. Staff however were great and soon relocated us.

How do you sum up a truly magical stay? I just want to return! Everything about this place is wonderful - from the service and staff, the food, the rooms and the location. Best place I've ever stayed in all of the UK.
