The reception staff were very enthusiastic, Daisy and Tracy provided excellent support. The breakfast menu needs more variety, and the food was a bit cold. The air conditioning was dry; the humidity in the room needs improvement.

The amenities are good, the hotel is small but has a gym. Hopefully it will be busier so they can offer a buffet breakfast instead of à la carte.

The room was tiny, not even 28 square meters, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was incredibly unpleasant. The breakfast wasn't very varied. The only good thing was the free afternoon tea and the enthusiastic staff. But for nearly 1.5 million VND per night, it wasn't worth it.

This is my second time staying at Santa, and this year I stayed in a room with a city view, which was pretty good. The buffet food was delicious, and the reception staff were very helpful 🥰
