Black wallpaper in rooms made it very dark, hard to even find light switches. Room was VERY noisy from hallway/other rooms talking, doors banging in the night. Seems no noise proofing. Staff was curt, close to rude; certainly not helpful. Nothing close by for food and options at property weren’t that great. I would never recommend this property or ever go there again. We have stayed at the Radisson Blu in the past and had a wonderful experience. Very sorry we opted for this hotel instead.

Ideal if you're flying early morning from Heathrow - Parking is expensive for one night, £30.25 - I don't think that's good value Room service menu is limited - if they offered the full menu that would be better in my opinion

We loved the hotel and the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially with our little boy. Great room size and lovely breakfast. The only thing was that we did not realise we will have to pay for the pool and with expensive parking and payment for the gym/spa entry, it can add up to quite a bit if you have not checked in advance. Apart from that, we had a very lovely stay and would love to return.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left pretty disappointed—not because of the property itself, but due to how misleading and incomplete the information about their amenities was. Before booking, I specifically chose this hotel based on the amenities they claimed to offer. However, upon arrival, it quickly became clear that many of these were either very different from how they were described online. For example, the pool turned out to have extra fees of £5GPD per person, which worked out to over $20CAD for two people, that was never mentioned anywhere. They also claim to offer airport transfers, but when inquiring about this upon check in, we were directed to an Uber screen to sort out transportation ourselves which was a minimum £25GPD charge, for a 3 minute drive. There was little to no clarity about what was actually included. It felt like I had to constantly ask the front desk for basic information that should have been clearly communicated upfront, and while the hotel advertises their front desk and guest services are available 24/7, I called down 6 times with no answer before having to go down and sort it out myself. This lack of transparency, and communication, made the stay unnecessarily frustrating and inconvenient. When you're traveling, you rely on accurate information to plan your time, and this hotel failed to provide that. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others who expect straightforward and reliable information.

Check in was pretty straightforward and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are nice & modern and the room has nice amenities. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with plenty of options and good staff. Good value for a night close to the airport.

Fantastic location for Heathrow transit. Clean rooms, great lobby and bar atmosphere, staff were welcoming. Check-in was a bit slow and the walls are thin, but overall a solid stay for the price. Would return for airport stopovers
